In the keypad view, you can search for a contact named ‘Joe’ simply by dialing 563. The keypad view allows you to search in the following fields: first name, last name, phone number, and organization.

In the keyboard view, you can search for a contact using the full QWERTY keyboard. The keyboard view allows you to search in the following fields: first name, last name, phone number, organization and notes.

Why iDial?

*** FAQ ***
Two of the top requests are voicemail and displaying incoming or missed calls. These features are not currently permitted by Apple’s SDK, and therefore cannot be added to iDial.
